2. Ideation phase:

2.1. Information architecture: Developed a clear and intuitive information architecture for the new portal, ensuring that information is organized logically and can be accessed easily. Mapped out the navigation flow and user journeys for various tasks.

2.2. Feature prioritization: Based on user research and stakeholder goals, identified and prioritized features to be included in the redesign. Collaborated with stakeholders to reach a consensus on the core functionalities and scope of the project.

3. Design phase:

3.1. Wireframing and prototyping: Created low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the portal's layout, structure, and interactions. Iterated on the wireframes based on feedback from stakeholders. Developed high-fidelity prototypes to simulate the user experience.
