1.2. Analyzing User Needs: Conducted user surveys, interviews, and data analysis to understand the existing partner portal's shortcomings and identify areas for improvement. Gathered feedback from current partners to comprehend their pain points and preferences.
1.3. Competitor Analysis: Researched competitor partner portals and industry best practices to benchmark against existing solutions. Analyzed successful features and evaluated potential opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
1. Ideation Phase:
2.1. Defining User Personas: Created detailed user personas representing the various types of company partners, considering their roles, goals, and pain points. This helped to humanize the design process and ensure the portal caters to the needs of different user groups.
2.2. Information Architecture: Developed a clear and intuitive information architecture for the new portal, ensuring that information is organized logically and can be accessed easily. Mapped out the navigation flow and user journeys for various tasks.
2.3. Feature Prioritization: Based on user needs and stakeholder goals, identified and prioritized features to be included in the redesign. Collaborated with stakeholders to reach a consensus on the core functionalities and scope of the project.
3. Design Phase:
